If you have any questions about the Lecture Capture service that are not answered in the student or staff FAQs, or you have had any issues with a recent lecture, you can contact our support team directly.

Support Portal

For most lecture capture issues, or for general advice, the best way to get in touch with our support team is by emailing our support address to log a ticket. You can also submit a request ticket on the University Support Portal.

Bespoke Consultation

If you have specific requirements you wish to discuss, including for example:

  • A new room needing to be podcast-equipped
  • Help arranging recording of an upcoming (non-lecture) event
  • Guidance on using any aspect of the service
