A number of visibility options are available when uploading videos to the Video Portal.
The options are:
- Public – this means anyone can see the video
- Selected Course/Organisation – only staff/students who are part of the selected faculty/school/division/course will be able to see the video after logging in
- Only me – the video will only be visible to yourself (and system administrators)
- All staff and students – only staff and students at the University can view the video after logging in
it is not possible to restrict access to podcasts on a per-user basis, if this is required, you would need to upload the video as private and then embed it somewhere with restricted access.
