When booking the event to record you were able to choose where the podcast should publish. The default option is usually Ad Hoc Recordings and this area can be found on the Video Portal here.
If you are associated with lecture courses, you will also find these in the list. If a course is chosen, the booked event will publish alongside the rest of the lecture podcasts for this course on the Video Portal.
If you selected another area, such as a department, faculty or school – the podcast will have published under that area of the Video Portal, so you should choose the relevant section from the left-hand menu on the Video Portal.
Note that if you chose to hold the podcast for editing before publishing, you won’t receive an additional email informing you of where it has published after editing, you should navigate to the area you selected for it to publish to, and locate it there.
