If you want to be able to edit podcasts before they are published to students, you need to select this option on the Recording Preferences page.
Check the box next to the events you want to edit before they are published, choose the “Hold for editing” option and press Apply.

Please note that if there are DASS students on the course, if edits are not made and published within 24 hours after the lecture takes place, the unedited recording will automatically be published for DASS students only.
